The Festival Unveiled: Announcement of the 2024 Program

Scheduled for Monday, April 22nd at 11:00 AM at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, the press conference unveiling the 50th edition of the Festival della Valle d’Itria is set to take place.

This event has become a tradition in honor of Paolo Grassi, co-founder of the Piccolo Teatro in Milan alongside Giorgio Strehler, and one of the earliest proponents of the Festival.

In addition to the four titles already announced, the complete program will be revealed during this occasion, featuring a packed schedule of musical events.

Martina Franca will come alive from mid-July to the first week of August with numerous events: concerts ranging from chamber and Lieder music to sacred, baroque, and symphonic, artist encounters, theater performances, conferences, and educational events.

To commemorate the Festival’s 50th anniversary, a special homage has been added to the lineup: an exclusive documentary tracing its history.

Following the Milan event, the Festival will also be presented in Rome on May 15th at the Hotel de Russie, hosted by cultural partner Rocco Forte Hotels.
